Governance & Values GmbH was founded in summer 2018 by leading corporate governance experts. The company is 100% privately financed. The aim is to offer an independent, European stewardship platform. Our aim is to support investors, intermediaries and issuers in exercising their fiduciary duties to foster a balanced, healthy and value-enhancing governance.
